Every one of us need a relaxing dehumidifier for our dance studio
I have been a dancer for multiple years & the studio that I am using right now doesn’t have the best air conditioning… You really need a relaxing cooling system in any style of fitness facility, although I would argue that a dance studio needs a bit more upkeep than other gyms.
The element of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C that is really pressing to us is the dehumidifying system. Having a relaxing dehumidifier is pressing because it sucks the moisture from the air that builds up from sweat, & this helps our floors remain dry so that we don’t slip & fall. I can’t tell you how multiple times I’ve fallen in this new studio due to not having a dehumidifier. It’s gross, unsanitary & really unsafe to not have an efficient cooling system in the studio. I plan to speak with the studio owner about getting our money back for renting the space unless she plans to repair the cooling system & install a dehumidifier by the end of the month. I really care about our craft & don’t want to end up with an injury because of this issue. I’ve had enough injuries over the years, so I don’t want to go down that road again. My last injury kept myself and others out of the studio for a total of numerous months, & it was really the most depressing I have ever been, and dance is our life & I never want anything care about that to keep myself and others from it again. I hope the studio owner gets this situation under control for our & others safety.
