Ductless HVAC provides such quality heating and air
It was a time that I had sort of been preparing for in the back of my mind.
I knew how old the HVAC equipment was and I knew the time to replace that heating and cooling equipment was near.
So when the HVAC technician told me that the heat pump was near the end, I got busy. My wife and I started to think about what we wanted for our current heating and cooling needs. But really, we just wanted more of the same with more efficiency from a HVAC equipment with a higher SEER number. We sort of narrowed our options by the time the HVAC contractor came to the house to inspect. However, all those plans sort of went out the window when the HVAC contractor told us about our air ducts. It appeared that our ductwork was not even close to being in good enough shape for the new heat pump we wanted to have installed. Ripping out and replacing all that ductwork was going to be expensive and cause a mess. So we asked the HVAC contractor if there were any options. This is when we were first introduced to the idea of ductless heating and cooling. The HVAC contractor suggested that we use a ductless multi split system throughout our home. That means we would have several ductless heat pumps strategically placed that would work in concert to provide heating and cooling comfort. Going with this HVAC equipment was a great decision for us. It not only saved us money and hassle but it’s super efficient and provides excellent heating and cooling for our home.
