Chiller for the butcher shop

I own a butcher shop that sits on our big ranch! I can have fresh beef, pork and chicken for our purchasers if they want to pick it up in guy.

I also have inspected getting trucks, refrigeration device and shipping materials so I can take online orders now too, and business is booming and I have needed to add to our small butcher shop; My shop used to be a single room where I relied on numerous AC devices and ice chests, but now with so many orders coming in and needing to go out on the trucks, I need more square footage.

I had to contact a builder to create a butcher shop that was near our multiple pets so that the process would be easier. I also had particular layout requirements… Since I was such a picky customer, our building cost a mint. I additionally needed water and electricity hooked up, however when it came time for cooling, I was a bit slender for funds. I knew I needed a chiller program in order to keep our meats fresh! The concern was a downpayment on a chiller was going to chop the bank. I didn’t want to take out a loan when I just expanded our business. What if everything went south? It seemed risky to buy a brand new air cooled chiller. So instead I found a temporary chiller rental supplier that was able to hook me up. I got a slightly used chiller program that works just perfect for me. I pay a small rental fee each week that I have it. It is such a minimal cost and it has saved me a bunch, but once our supplier looks strong I will entirely purchase the chiller that I need.
