Chiller for the butcher shop

I own a butcher shop that sits on my huge ranch, i can have fresh beef, pork plus chicken for my clients if they want to chance it up in woman.

I also have inspected getting trucks, refrigeration equipment plus shipping materials so I can take online orders now too, business is booming plus I have needed to add to my small butcher shop.

My shop used to be a single room where I relied on several AC devices plus ice chests, then now with so several orders coming in plus needing to go out on the trucks, I need more square footage. I had to contact a builder to create a butcher shop that was near my multiple pets so that the process would be easier. I also had particular layout requirements, however since I was such a picky customer, my building cost a mint. I additionally needed water plus electricity hooked up, when it came time for cooling, I was a bit tight for funds. I knew I needed a chiller system in order to keep my meats fresh… The complication was a downpayment on a chiller was going to chop the bank. I didn’t want to take out a loan when I just expanded my business. What if everything went south? It seemed risky to buy a brand modern air cooled chiller. So instead I found a temporary chiller rental contractor that was able to hook me up. I got a slightly used chiller system that works just perfect for me. I spend money a small rental fee each month that I have it. It is such a minimal cost plus it has saved me a bunch, however once my contractor looks strong I will honestly purchase the chiller that I need.
