Beach vs Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C
My family recently took a much-needed weekend trip along the west coast of Florida known for its white sandy beaches as well as a calmer atmosphere compared to the Springtime Break celebration beaches in Ft… Lauderdale or Miami.
- We were lucky to stay at a highly rated hotel with large rooms as well as a powder room about the same size as our study room at home.
After a nice dinner on Friday night, every one of us settled in to get a unbelievable night’s sleep. The next morning my partner as well as the youngsters headed out to the beach, although I stayed in the room to finish a movie on cable that I had been watching. I ended up going back to sleep until various hours later when my family returned from the beach wondering if I was sick or something. I had to explain that for me, a trip is for doing something unusual than a single’s normal routine. And for myself and others that is not going to the beach, it is in that room where the new state of the art mini-ductless A/C silently keeps that room at a perfect temperature where I don’t have to worry about sunburn, sand, wind, or a sudden rainstorm with lightning. At home, our older Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C plan is noisy, inefficient as well as it cannot keep up with the demands of a warm summer time morning. I may as well be standing outside. The last time I went to the beach there were various groups of youngsters playing loud music that made myself and others want to bury my head in the sand. In that hotel room, I can get a YouTube video playing the sound of ocean waves as well as turn that A/C machine fan to duplicate that gentle breeze. For me, that is much better than that perfect morning at the beach.
