As a senior in private school, they made job fairs a mandatory part of our life class.

Our private school held job fairs for all the juniors in addition to seniors.

The juniors were urged to go the job fairs in addition to see what all was available for them, but it was mandatory for seniors to attend.

I’m not sure if they thought we were all lazy in addition to needed the push, although I didn’t want to go. I wanted to spend a year off in addition to just relax, but the school had odd ideas. They had recruits from many schools in attendance. There were people from the local plumbing companies, electricians, in addition to HVAC workers. It seemed all the people was giving out free brochures in addition to some trinket savor a keychain to get us interested. The only people I enjoyed talking to were the HVAC workers. They had brochures, but you only took 1 if you wanted to. Instead of talking about HVAC systems to me, they just shot the bull with us guys. I was impressed with how laid back they were. They genuinely acted savor they enjoyed their jobs, but not pushing it down our throats. I started asking questions about how much training you needed to be an HVAC worker in addition to how much it pays. By the time the conversation was over, I realized they had sold myself and others on becoming an HVAC worker although I had been the 1 asking questions. Becoming an HVAC worker was a great option for me, in addition to now I’m the 1 talking to youngsters at the job fairs. I don’t assume if I’m as suave with my pitch as my mentors were, but we get a lot of new HVAC techs from the schools I go to.
