An Heating and A/C Rep is Moving Into our Flat with Me
I think I found a absolutely good roommate to help with our bills.
The only problem with having a roommate transport in is the owner of our building told me he didn’t want me subletting to anyone because of a roommate problem I had last year with a absolutely bad roommate.
But I can’t afford to live here alone so I have a plan. I am going to have a female roommate and if the owner says something I will tell him it is our guy. It’s just way too much money living here alone. And an Heating and A/C rep roommate is even better because I toil at the Heating and A/C supplier down the road and I can tell the boss we met at work. I guess it is a lie but I have no other option as I can’t afford to live here alone and I am not doing anything wrong having a guy live with me. This is a large many bedroom 2 bath flat with central heat and air and I should be allowed to have another roommate if they are quiet and clean. I think it will toil out good and in the worst case scenario we would have to transport out and find another location together. I can also toil more at the heating and cooling store to make extra money so I have a buffer in the bank in case I need to transport out and come up with a deposit. It all works out in the end so I am not too anxious about it.
