Allergies can be extreme during the Springtime
When I was a kid, I had a extreme allergic reaction & it caused our skin to get sizable hives that were as large as our hand. The hives were all over our body & our parents freaked out & took me to the emergency room. The doctor did a bunch of tests to find out if I was allergic to anything else! When they were done with all of the tests, they found out that I was allergic to 50 different things, including a variety of indoor & outdoor allergens… During the Springtime, our dust sensitivities can be severe. I get hay fever which includes sneezing, a runny nose, & a puffy face. Occasionally I have a headache during this time as well, hay fever dust sensitivities are terrible. They make me feel even worse than food dust sensitivities. At least with a food flu symptom you can take something & have immediate relief. It’s not like that with seasonal dust sensitivities. I am an adult now with a beach condo of our own & I do our best to make sure that I am prepared for the Springtime time when our dust sensitivities will be at their worst. I have an indoor air purification system that I use during the Springtime. I run the air purification system all of the time & I change the filter once every week. The Springtimetime is the worst, so I don’t mind running the air purification system every day. I made sure to get an energy efficient model from the local heating & AC business. The air purification system even came with a 3-year warranty on all of the parts.
