What can be done about indoor dust irritations?

My dust sensitivity symptoms are consistently terrible in the Spring.

This year seems to be worse than others.

I heard a lot of dust sensitivity sufferers are feeling worse this year. The news reporter said that it is because of all of the rain we got over the Wintertide months. I don’t particularly care why, I just wanted to know what to do about it, and unfortunately, the news report didn’t cover that so I had to look up some possibilities on our own, however some things I came across was that I should get an A/C filter with a strong MERV rating. I wanted to know more about air conditioner plus how that factors into dust sensitivity symptoms. It turns out that I might also want to get our ductwork cleaned out by a professional A/C serviceman. Additionally, there are whole home air filtration systems I could get hooked up to our heating plus cooling units. These tend to labor better than your respected HEPA filters because they labor throughout the entire home instead of just one room. This made sense to me. I got the A/C filter instantaneously then we called up an A/C business plus busy a visit. I want a bid for the ductwork cleaning plus the whole home filtration system. If it is reasonable I particularly want both services done. After all, I particularly do assume that better air quality will vastly improve our dust sensitivity symptoms. I know none of this will do much for our outdoor symptoms but I will still rest easier knowing that at least I can be comfortable in our own home.
