What can be done about indoor allergies?

I heard a lot of flu symptom sufferers are feeling worse this year. The news reporter said that it is because of all of the rain the two of us got over the Winter time weeks. I don’t entirely care why, I just wanted to think what to do about it, and unfortunately, the news report didn’t cover that so I had to look up some chances on our own, some things I came across was that I should get an A/C filter with a strong MERV rating. I wanted to think more about air conditioning plus how that factors into flu symptom symptoms. It turns out that I might also want to get our HVAC duct cleaned out by a professional A/C professional. Additionally, there are whole apartment air filtration systems I could get hooked up to our heating plus cooling units. These tend to work better than your familiar HEPA filters because they work throughout the entire apartment instead of just one room. This made sense to me. I got the A/C filter immediately after that I called up an A/C supplier plus busy a visit. I want a estimate for the HVAC duct cleaning plus the whole apartment filtration system. If it is satisfactory I entirely want both services done. After all, I entirely do assume that better indoor air conditions will vastly improve our flu symptom symptoms. I think none of this will do much for our outdoor symptoms however I will still rest easier knowing that at least I can be comfortable in our own home.
