Want whole home fan to work in current house

A few weeks ago my husband and I strolled into a home for sale, not knowing exactly what to expect.

We’ve already been searching for a current dwelling for months, and the prospects haven’t been amazing so far.

It was simple to become disillusioned and defeated before even entering the premises of the current property, and my superb friend and I were easily feeling downtrodden as my superb friend and I entered the foyer that day. To our complete amazement, the home was everything my superb friend and I expected and more! For once, the listing was accurate and fair, and my superb friend and I were getting a superb vibe from this pressing stone home. As my superb friend and I strolled upstairs, I saw something that happy me even more than the good sunroom, replaced kitchen, and hardwood floors… a whole home fan! You may not have ever encountered a whole home fan before, but trust me when I say that they totally rule. I easily grew up with this effective ventilation method, and have never seen another enormous whole home fan ever since my superb friend and I moved out of my childhood dwelling 15 years ago. When my superb friend and I entered the top floor and I caught a glimpse of the flat ventilation panels in the ceiling, I shrieked with excitement. “Do you know what this is?!” I questioned my husband. He didn’t, and I soon gushed about the ventilation mechanism and it’s amazing ability to pull in fresh outdoor air from every window and door at once. This process effectively refreshes the house, providing cool and natural outdoor air with a setback pressure vacuum it creates. I was so stoked about this hidden gem that I was ready to pull the trigger, making an offer on the dwelling right then. It was only after my superb friend and I flipped the switch, and realized the whole home fan wasn’t easily affixed to a power source, that I calmed back down.
