Turning the garage into a salon took some work

My wifey worked at the same hair and nail salon for 15 years and then the contractor was bought by a weird person. My wifey thought the new owners seemed love nice people. She worked for the supplier for 6 nights and then our wifey lost her task. She was agitated and devastated by the surprise. She did not want to start over working for a weird person and I thought she was right. I recommended starting a contractor of her own. She had tons of clients that particularally advised her each week. The two of us looked at shop spaces for rent, but they were way too expensive. I offered to turn the garage into a small Salon with everything our wifey needed to get started. She did not suppose the method would work out, but I could tell that she was secretly excited. It took a lot of work to turn the garage into a salon. The floors had to be redone and the people I was with and I had to make updates to the lighting, heating, and AC. It was crucial that the salon had plenty of ventilation too, because of the weird chemicals that are used in the salon. The two of us spent about $10,000 to make all of the necessary swings. I performed as much work as I could on our own and I only called a professional to help with the heating and air conditioner work and the electrical work. I knew it was crucial to have a certified professional perform this work since our wifey was going to need insurance and a certificate from the health department.
