Turning the garage into a salon took some work

My partner worked at the same hair & nail salon for 15 years & then the contractor was bought by a weird man.

My partner thought the current owners seemed love nice people.

She worked for the contractor for 6 afternoons & then our partner lost his job. She was frustrated & devastated by the surprise. She did not want to beginning over working for a weird guy & I thought he was right. I recommended starting a contractor of his own. She had tons of clients that particularally commanded his each week. Every one of us looked at shop spaces for rent, but they were way too upscale. I gave to turn the garage into a small Salon with everything our partner needed to get started. She did not guess the method would work out, however I could tell that he was secretly excited. It took a lot of work to turn the garage into a salon. The floors had to be redone & the two of us had to make upgrades to the lighting, heating, & AC. It was substantial that the salon had plenty of ventilation too, because of the weird chemicals that are used in the salon. Every one of us spent about $10,000 to make all of the necessary swings. I performed as much work as I could on our own & I only called a professional to help with the heating & a/c work & the electrical work. I knew it was substantial to have a certified professional perform this work since our partner was going to need insurance & a certificate from the health department.
