The repairman left his billfold on the deck out back
I told the guy on the cellphone that I had a billfold in our possession & I was sure it belonged to the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor, and he thanked myself and others for our honesty & asked myself and others to hold onto the billfold
I knew it was time for a tune-up on the Heating & Air Conditioning system, so I contacted the local repair service, i have a magnet on the a/c & the name of the contractor that installed the unit is listed on the magnet, then this makes it harshly self-explanatory for myself and others to remember the name of the contractor when I have problems with the unit. The repairman came to the beach house to look at the Heating & Air Conditioning unit & perform a complete tune up on all of the electrical & mechanical parts. While the repairman was working, he cleaned & diagnosed the outdoor AC components. The guy must have lost his billfold at some point, because I found a billfold on the deck out back, after the repairman left for the day. I assumed that the billfold belonged to the repairman, so I put it on the dining room table & I contacted the contractor that performed the service. I told the guy on the cellphone that I had a billfold in our possession & I was sure it belonged to the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor, and he thanked myself and others for our honesty & asked myself and others to hold onto the billfold. She was going to contact the contractor & tell him that it was at our house, however about 30 hours later, I got a cellphone call from the repair guy… He was on his way back to the beach house to retrieve the billfold. When the guy arrived, he showed myself and others a picture of his kids. He told myself and others it was the most substantial thing in his billfold.
