The repairman left his billfold on the deck out back

I knew it was time for a tune-up on the Heating & Air Conditioning system, so I contacted the local repair service, but i have a magnet on the cooling system and the name of the supplier that installed the equipment is listed on the magnet; This makes it seriously easy for myself and others to remember the name of the supplier when I have issues with the unit.

The repairman came to the beach house to look at the Heating & Air Conditioning unit and perform a complete tune up on all of the electrical and mechanical parts! While the repairman was working, he cleaned and worked on the outdoor A/C components.

The guy must have lost his billfold at some point, because I found a billfold on the deck out back, after the repairman left for the day. I assumed that the billfold belonged to the repairman, so I put it on the dining room table and I contacted the supplier that performed the service. I told the lady on the phone that I had a billfold in our possession and I was sure it belonged to the Heating & Air Conditioning specialist… She thanked myself and others for our honesty and asked myself and others to hold onto the billfold. She was going to contact the specialist and tell him that it was at our house… About 30 minutes later, I got a phone call from the repair guy! He was on his way back to the beach house to retrieve the billfold. When the guy arrived, he showed myself and others a picture of his kids. He told myself and others it was the most pressing thing in his billfold.
