The kids were swimming at the pool

A contractor really made us feel scared when we bought our modern house.
When we looked at the house, it was occupied. The kids were swimming in the pool and having a grand time. The thought of entertaining outside like the current owners was the reason we wanted to buy the house. The backyard and the pool were some of the top reasons why we decided to buy the condo that was 30 grand over our top budget. Soon after the sale was finalized, we contacted a pool contractor to discuss adding a railing and a slide to the pool. At that time, the pool electrical contractor informed us that it was unsafe for all of us to swim in the pool until the light inside of the pool could be worked on. We couldn’t believe what the electrical contractor said to us. We saw another family swimming in the same pool less than 4 weeks previously and now this electrical contractor was convinced that we were in grave danger if we jumped into the pool. We did not know what to do. The guy scared us enough that we paid for the electrical job to be done that week. We don’t suppose it was necessary. However, he sure made us feel like we were in danger if we did not pay the fees and substitute the lighting. We got a brand modern light and lights that line the walkway and lights that automatically come on when there is motion in the pool.
