I was supposed to receive air filters that were 21 x 22, but the air filters that I received did not fit my machine. They were marked 21 by 22, but they definitely were not that size. I contacted the manufacturer and I told them that I wanted a refund or the right size air filter. The lady on the phone was very apologetic. She told me to hold the line. When she came back to the phone, I received a full refund for the box of air filters and the woman also sent me a complimentary box of 12. I got my order for free with a refund.
