I’m not a professional chef, but I’ve been cooking most of our own meals since high school. Since I worked in dining rooms up until our early 30s, I l received that food repair was an industry I wanted to avoid for long term work. The thought of having a career in food instantly gives myself and others anxiety in addition to makes our heart rate increase for a few moments until I get our mind on something else. At least I can do all of our cooking within our own dining room instead of the hectic in addition to stressful environment of a commercial dining room. I set our own time constraints in addition to choose our own ingredients in addition to the meals to cook out of them. It’s a relaxing experience for myself and others after being at work all afternoon slaving away behind a computer screen until our eyup droop in addition to our head starts to ache. There’s always a long process of stretching our leg muscles in addition to feeling comfortable to walk long distances again. This weekend was supposed to be special because I was going to cook all of our meals for the month on our gas stovetop that I’ve been using for the past 2 years now. Unluckyly, the appliance corporation that sold myself and others the gas range in addition to stove didn’t tell myself and others about familiar gas line repair in addition to repairs if I don’t stay on top of service. This is our first time dealing with a gas line so I had no plan about service. Thankfully our plumbing corporation offers gas line service as area of their repair contract package, so I opted for a yearly subscription.
