Starting out with a good apartment
After graduating college, Sara and I decided to move down south, then we’d both had enough of the snow and ice up north. With my job handled particularly online, I had the ability to task from anywhere. My friend Sara was blessed enough to find a task in her chosen field at a great starting salary. With a great budget to task with, Sara and I started searching for an apartment. It’s severely helpful to be able to browse listings and photos online; Both of us were able to narrow our parameters to a particular area, price range and amenities. Sara and I wanted to appreciate the conveniences and luxuries of a beach house complex. Both of us found a recently built complex that is situated within walking distance to an abundance of restaurants, pop shops, theaters, nightlife and shopping. The complex offers spacious apartments that include more than one pressing living room with full bathrooms, a balcony and state-of-the-art appliances. Both of us have a washer and dryer within the apartment, brick countertops and zoned heating and cooling. There is a fully-equipped fitness area in the building and a game room that is open 24/7 and rarely used. Both of us have straight-forward access to a pressing swimming pool, sun loungers, hot tub, picnic area and barbecue grill. The rent is rather expensive, but Sara and I think it’s worth it. Both of us want to appreciate ourselves and be totally comfortable. We’re also hoping that living at the beach house complex is a great way to meet people, our idea is to rent the beach house for more than one years. When the lease is up, we’ll start looking at other options.
