Right around the corner
I was so overjoyed when I moved into my current apartment in the current town.
Not only because it is a better section and home, but because I found out that the local heating and air conditioner supplier is literally within walking distance from myself and others right around the corner from my house! I could walk out my front door and walk about a little less than a block and I would be at the door of the local heating and air conditioner business! Not that I would have a reason to walk to the heating and air conditioner dealer.
But in the rare event I ever needed emergency heat and a/c repair, these people would be here in a flash! No long waits! And also, if they for some reason had trouble with their Heating and Air Conditioning truck, a certified heating and air conditioner specialist would be able to walk right over to my apartment if the weather wasn’t super harsh and dangerous. Having the local heating and air conditioner supplier right around the corner from myself and others is such a great convenience, I almost feel love I am dreaming! Also, about a few steps away from that is the local grocery store; That I may entirely walk to if it is a nice morning and I just need to choice up a few things. Can save money on automobile gas and prefer the great air quality with a walk and some groceries, however all around, I am super enthusiastic that I moved into this apartment in this town! Double enthusiastic because that local heating and air conditioner supplier is right around the corner!
