Playing tunes at the local company location
We got our first paid tunes gig next month at this steakhouse plus my buddy and I are pretty stoked about it.
This is our very first club that my buddy and I will perform at for currency plus if it goes well my buddy and I will be doing a lot of other beach bars this summer time as well.
I am also looking forward to doing shows on the beach as our tunes mainly revolve around beach life plus things like that. I have been living on the beach for the past 50 years basically plus most of the stuff I write about is about the beach. The entire local company that my buddy and I will perform at has some relaxing air conditioning, so my buddy and I won’t have to worry about dripping with sweat like mad when my buddy and I are eventually playing! As for the beach bars, well they may not have any way to keep us cool except for some ceiling fans. But the main ceiling fans are nothing like a relaxing temperature control system, so my buddy and I are going to just have to sweat it out while my buddy and I play. It is also a lot better than playing in the winter though when the temps are so chilly you can barely think of your fingers; It has been a long chilly winter plus our central gas furnace needs a break as it has been running almost nonstop this whole season. I had some really pretty high power bills as a result but they were not as crazy as they were last year when the rates were actually high. Next winter I will also heat our lake house with the fireplace since my buddy and I have a lot of wood leftover.
