I have had my warm water oil furnace for numerous years and it has never caused me any trouble.

When I first got it installed, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional who installed it told me to schedule 2 boiler inspections a year just to make sure the boiler was running properly. I kind of blew this off and only tied up one appointment in the last numerous years… A few days before the warm water boiler exploded, It was making some different sounds, however it was still heating my condo good and I figured it was no sizable deal. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional came the next day and replaced my warm water boiler for me; From that day on I have been diligent in scheduling my boiler inspections.

I have regularly been done to help others, and that’s one reason why I first became an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional. When I was young I had a few unusual chances of work to enter into, however after working with my dad who is an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional, I decided that being an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional was a good way to help those in need. I work for a heating and cooling supplier that pays me well, however sometimes I just wished I could help people without them needing to pay me. I got what I wanted a week ago when a homeless shelter needed help with their Heating, Ventilation & A/C units, however some of the shelter’s window a/cs stopped working, and they had a sign in front of their building asking if anyone could fix them for free. I jumped at this option and told them I hadfix all of their window a/cs for free. It took a few ninths, however I really enjoyed fixing all those window a/cs. I finished fixing them and then headed back to work where I got to work on more Heating, Ventilation & A/C units, and later that night, I got a call from the shelter and they thanked me for fixing their window a/cs. I told them if there were ever any more Heating, Ventilation & A/C units that needed fixed, I would come fix them for free. It has been more than 2 years since I first fixed their window a/cs, and since then I’ve had the option to fix their warm water boiler system, their UV light air purification systems, and another window a/c for them.

For many months I’ve been thinking about being an animal foster.

Since I’ve been at home during the entire quarantine, it seems like an easy way to give back.

I could bring a pet into my house and give it a clean and comfortable environment with lots of personalized care. This would be much better than keeping the poor thing stuck at the animal shelter in a cage. Or so I thought. It turns out, maybe the animal shelter is more luxurious than my house could be you. I never would have guessed that this was the case… Until I brought this cat into my house. The moment that Fluffy arrived inside of my home, she seemed a bit disappointed with the HVAC system. I noticed that she was unhappy with the indoor air temperature because she was constantly climbing under a pile of blankets or lounging in the sun. When I tried to increase the indoor air temperature, she seemed even unhappier. She would look at the air vents with a scowl on her face before running away and hiding in the closet, far from the reach of my air ducts. It sincerely seems like she was offended by my central heating and cooling system. I felt like my indoor air quality was not up to snuff for Fluffy. When I contacted the animal shelter and asked if she was always afraid of the central heating and cooling system, they told me she loves their indoor air handling devices. Apparently, they had several air purification systems and Fluffy would lie right in front of the air vents all day. Looks like she was better off at the shelter.

When I was growing up I always felt like I was meant to be somebody.

I wasn’t classically-trained in playing an instrument. No one ever allowed me to take voice or acting lessons. And I wasn’t set up to be a successful politician down the road. I know that I tend to be a thrifty human being. However, I see it as being a good thing rather than a negative. One of the things that I completely enjoy saving money on is my home. I want to have a wonderful living area, but I can’t break the bank. That’s why, I’m always looking for ways to make cheap home improvements. Recently I was extremely excited when I found an amazing coupon for my favorite heating and cooling company up the street. They were offering 40% off of all routine heating and cooling repairs, maintenance appointments, and upgrades. I knew that I could do some damage with my indoor air quality equipment. I absolutely wanted to have my air conditioning system and forced air furnace inspected before the weather got more uncomfortable. I also knew that my air ducts needed a professional cleaning to remove all of the airborne contaminants. Lastly, I was pretty curious about installing a smart thermostat and potentially an air purification system. I figured, if I could roll all of these services into one bill and save 40% it would be well worth my money. With that level of savings, I could actually justify this high-quality indoor air project for the first time in 20 years. When the heating and cooling technician arrived and I gave him my laundry list of HVAC tasks, he didn’t seem as excited as I was.

It’s bad enough when you’re just meeting Mom and Dad, let alone staying in their house with them. I’ve never had a good experience staying with any of my girlfriends parents before. Of course, this was exactly the same when I recently met my current girl’s mom and dad. From the moment we pulled into their driveway, her parents were very passive aggressive and strange. They made the entire stay quite difficult and uncomfortable. In fact, the only thing that wasn’t particularly uncomfortable was the indoor air quality. I don’t need to shovel, plow or use harsh chemicals, and all of us don’t get wet feet walking to the car.

I’ve been having to work from home for the past four months, even though I would much rather go into the office to get stuff done.

I personally think that it’s much harder to concentrate and get work done at home where there are so many distractions.

When you’re at the office, you’re there to work and nothing else. But when you’re trying to work from home, it’s much different. Another problem that I’ve been having with working from home has been my central air conditioning system. It’s really been going on the blink for the past few months, and of course that’s also the same time period that the weather has been heating up. I’ve been trying to keep the A/C running with what little amount of knowledge I have about HVAC units, but there’s really not much else I can do other than check the power, the air filters, and the batteries in the thermostat unit. My house is so warm and stuffy when the air conditioning isn’t working correctly. It makes it even harder to concentrate when I’m extra warm and sleepy and my bed is right next to me! At least when I’m at the office, the air conditioning is usually working correctly. As a matter of fact, the A/C at the office is usually a little bit too cold for my liking. But at least when the cooling system is running, I don’t feel like I want to curl up and fall asleep! I guess I’m going to have to go ahead and call my local HVAC company to come and fix the A/C in my house. It’s just one more expense I’m going to have because I have to work from home now.
