For months I’ve been hacking my life away, and the HVAC shop down the road has been raking in the big bucks on my air purification needs.

Do you suffer from allergies? I wish I could say that I did not, but I’ve had a whole set of respiratory troubles since the day I was born. If it’s not pollen and dust, it’s dirt and dander that are pissing off my lungs and nostrils. Now, you’d think my family would think about this allergy problem and offer solid homeowning advice about air quality control with this in mind. But, no. At the time that I was looking for a new home, no one offered me any useful help. Everyone was abuzz with the location of my new property, but no one ever mentioned the importance of the entire heating, coolign, and air quality control system. So, I’ve been living with terrible indoor air ever since I got here. Apparently a 15 year old HVAC system without any extra air purification devices is not what I needed to live my best life. When I moved in, I didn’t pay attention to the HVAC system specs, which I now realize was my fatal mistake. Having a filthy heating, cooling, and ductwork system is the worst thing for sensitive lungs and it’s an expensive fix. For months I’ve been hacking my life away, and the HVAC shop down the road has been raking in the big bucks on my air purification needs. Now it seems as if we’re about to hit the road and try to buy a new home with a better heating, cooling, and ventilation system. It’s the only way for me to get away from this low quality indoor air so I can breath again. I really don’t want to move, but the heating and cooling units are less costly to swap out than my respiratory system.

I try to remember every day that I am no handyman. I remind myself that I don’t know the first thing about working on machinery, and I don’t want to understand it. I mean, I guess that’s why my heating and cooling system has been running horribly for a while now. I’m not trying to be a bad HVAC owner, but I am unwise when it comes to heating and cooling maintenance. It was news to me that you can’t just ignore your central AC unit and furnace and expect it to keep running. I guess if you want to make sure that your heating, cooling, and air quality control system stays in good working order, you need a professional HVAC technician to clean your AC and furnace once in a while. Well, no one informed me. I learned the hard way that if you don’t regularly clean your indoor air temperature control devices, you’re fighting a losing battle against energy bills and professional heating and cooling repair appointments. I really wish that I learned this lesson about indoor air quality control and heating, cooling, and ventilation system maintenance before I broke my HVAC system, so I could have saved a huge amount of money. Now, I never worried about my AC unit or furnace before, and I was shocked on the day that it failed. When the HVAC worker told me my heating and cooling devices had largely been destroyed by lack of cleaning services. Apparently, it’s not great for your heating and cooling system to run for 20 years without a check up.

My wife and I have been suffering from allergies all of our life, but recently things have been really bad. A new housing development is being erected on the other side of the street. The company has been taking down trees and clearing the land. My wife and I have been suffering greatly since the construction began. I think that all of the dust and debris in the air has been problematic. I suggested buying an air purifier to help with the allergens, but my wife didn’t want to spend a ton of money. The two of us called a company that focuses on indoor air solutions and energy saving tips. They sent a salesperson to our home to talk with the two of us about the allergens in our home. My wife and I found out that we did not have to spend a fortune on a whole home air filtration system. The two of us found out that we can purchase a small air purifier that is portable and easily moves from one part of the house to the other. We really didn’t even need the salesperson to install the air purifier. As soon as we found out that we could purchase a portable system from anywhere, the two of us started to check the prices at local hardware stores and supercenters. We found a nice portable air purifier for $250 and it works on rooms and spaces up to 1,000 square feet. Hopefully the portable air purifiers will be able to eliminate all of the indoor allergens from our home.

When I turned 21 years old, my friends and I decided to go to a casino.

It was my first time in a gambling establishment and I was totally and completely overwhelmed.

I planned to play some poker, but the sounds and lights coming from the slot machines made it impossible to leave the room. I sat down at a machine and I stayed there for two hours. It was very chilly and cold inside of the casino. The air conditioner was running even though it was only 65 outside. I did not wear a jacket and I was sitting under an air conditioner vent. The machine where I was sitting was winning, so I didn’t want to move away from the air conditioner vent. I sat there for two hours until my friends came back from the poker room. They were complaining about the cold temperatures as well. They were heading up to our hotel room to grab some dinner and a jacket and then they planned to go back to the poker room. I didn’t want to get up and leave my machine, but I knew dinner was a good idea. When I came back from having a steak, every machine in the lobby was taken. I had to hang out with my friends in the poker room and I am not very good at cards. I lost $200 in 30 minutes and I didn’t have much fun at all. I would have preferred to stay in the lobby of the hotel with the fun and interesting slot machines.

My grandfather learned how to drive fast so he could outrun the police during the days of prohibition.

We started stock car racing about twenty years later. My dad opened a car dealership in the fifties. He sold pontiacs to everyone in town. A couple of years ago, my dad retired and I took over the dealership. Things have been tough since dad retired, because no one respects me as the boss. Last weekend, the sales team refused to go outside to talk to clients because it was hot. It was 93 outside, but it’s our job to meet and greet all of the customers on the property. I caught three guys in the breakroom sitting in front of the air conditioner. When I demanded to know if they were on the clock, they complained about the heat and the humidity. An hour later, I found two other employees hovered over the air conditioner in the breakroom. The hot sun and humidity seemed to be a problem. The next time I found emp[loyees wasting time in the breakroom, I sent them home. Two guys were sitting next to the air conditioner and they were scheduled to be repairing a ford focus in bay one. When I found them sitting by the AC, I sent them both home for the day without pay. These guys are going to need to start respecting me or I will be forced to find someone else to take their place. I have a stack of resumes twenty or thirty people deep.

The dining room is always full of guests. Inside the kitchen, the indoor air temperatures are always very hot and stuffy. We have two large pizza ovens running all the time and we always have the oven and the range running as well. The indoor temperatures can reach 100 degrees or more every day, even during the winter months. Of course, it’s easy to cool the kitchen during the winter months because we can easily open the back door for a few minutes. It’s not as easy to cool the place during the summer months. A couple of years ago, The owner of the restaurant installed a wall AC unit. The owner installed the wall AC unit high above the pizza oven where no one would be able to adjust the temperature or bother the machine. It worked for a while until the day shift crew realized they could use a ladder to adjust the AC. I caught the day shift crew turning the temperature all the way down to 65° one day. When I came to work yesterday afternoon, everyone in the store was upset about the indoor air temperature. It was almost 90 degrees in the back of the restaurant and the AC unit wasn’t working. The kitchen crew didn’t know when the wall AC stopped working and none of them could provide much information about how it came to be broken either.

Everything had to be washed twice and hot water with lots of laundry soap and fabric softener

My wife wanted to go camping for the weekend and I thought it was a good idea too. After all, the weather was chilly and brisk and it was the perfect time of the year for a campfire and roasted marshmallows. My wife wanted to buy a tent and sleep outside, but I thought it was easier to rent a cabin for the night. Our cabin had heat and AC, a small bed, and a tiny kitchenette. It was actually quite cold that weekend, so I was particularly thankful that the cabin had heat. My wife and I ran the heater frequently on that weekend, even when we had a fire roaring outside. Our stay at the campground was very nice, except for the fact that the whole campground smelled bad. The campground was located across the street from a chicken farm. All of the chickens were out in a field grazing on the grass. The chicken barns were open and the smell was absolutely horrible. I wished that the cabin had a really good air filtration system, but the smell was all over the place. When we came home after our weekend of camping, all of our clothes smelled terrible. Everything had to be washed twice and hot water with lots of laundry soap and fabric softener. The next time my wife wants to go camping, the two of us are going to choose a different location for our weekend of fun. There are a lot of places in the area that are close to the lake, so we can find another campground.

Tuesday afternoon, I came home from work and there was absolutely no heat in my mobile home.

I was frantic and worried and I immediately called the heating repair company in town.

Two hours after I made the phone call, a young heating company repair technician showed up at my home. It didn’t take long for the guy to give me the bad news. He told me that I needed a brand new furnace. The hefty bill for the installation and new machine was almost $2,000. I didn’t have $2,000 to pay for the new furnace, so I called my dad for a loan. When my dad heard the outrageous installation fees, he told me to wait until the weekend. He offered to pay for the new furnace and help me install the equipment if I was willing to wait until Saturday. I told my dad that it was really cold in the house. He sent me $50 so I could buy a space heater until the weekend. It was really cold on Thursday and I thought about getting a loan to pay for the new furnace, but my dad promised to help. Saturday morning, my dad came to the house with a measuring tape. He took a couple of pictures of the furnace and he took measurements of the area where the furnace sits. The two of us went to a hardware store to pick up a new heating machine for my mobile home. My Dad paid for everything and he helped me install the machine that day.

A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I hired an HVAC technician to install a smart thermostat in our home.

I certainly could have installed the smart thermostat on my own, but I wanted a professional since we have an air filtration system and our own as well.

I wanted the smart thermostat to control the HVAC unit and the air filtration system and I knew that would require a certified and professional technician with vast knowledge on the subject. The installation process took several hours, and it was not easy to hook up the air filtration system to the smart thermostat. After seeing all of the problems, I was certainly glad that my wife and I decided to hire a professional to complete the installation. I have to admit that it is extremely nice to control all of the indoor air quality products with one simple and easy to use machine. Of course, when there is an error code, it’s difficult to figure it out. My wife noticed that the smart thermostat was beeping yesterday afternoon. There was an error code message flashing on the screen. My wife didn’t have that paperwork for the smart thermostat, so she couldn’t figure out where the problem was occurring. She called the HVAC company that installed the product and we found out there was an issue with the whole home air filtration system. The HVAC company had to send a technician out to fix the problem which was an electrical issue. Thankfully, the repair was covered under the 90 day warranty we received after the product installation.

Saturday morning, my boss sent me to an apartment to fix a heat pump problem. It was a very cold and chilly morning, and I was wearing my boots, hat, and a pair of gloves. There was snow and ice on the roads and I had mud all over the bottom of my work truck. It was a busy morning already and my boss was sending me to the other side of town to work on the heat pump repair. I climbed three flights of stairs and knocked on the door. As soon as the customer opened the apartment door, a giant plume of smoke hit me in the face. It was 9:00 in the morning, but the entire apartment was filled with the smell of reefer.The owner of the apartment showed me the area where the heat pump was located. The entire apartment smelled like marijuana. Even the area where the heat pump was located was filled with smoke. By the time I was finished working on your heat pump repair, I felt a little giggly and buzzed. There were a lot of people smoking weed in the apartment and I think I got a small contact buzz. My girlfriend said I am crazy. She doesn’t think there is any way that a person can get high from marijuana unless they actually inhale the substance. I can honestly say for sure that I was feeling very weird after I left that heat pump repair. The rest of my day was uneventful and chill. I don’t think I can remember having any problems after that.
