Better indoor air quality means better overall health
It makes all sorts of sense that the healthier stuff I put in our body, the healthier I’m going to be.
So why didn’t I make that linkion with the air I breathe inside our home? It seems perfectly logical but I still missed it, however i believe I just always assumed that the air inside our home was wash since our home is wash and the air goes through the Heating, Ventilation and A/C.
I mean who ever heard of polluted indoor air? Air pollution was caused by too many cars or a factory belching smoke into the air. The inside of the home was good. There wasn’t any sort of thing as indoor air pollution. Well, not so fast. Indoor air pollution is entirely a thing. There are toxins being released from all sorts of synthetics in the house. Then there’s pollen, pet dander and all manner of other airborne contaminants. It makes for some pretty poor indoor air quality. But there are ways to take care of this problem. One way is through air filtrations. That would mean replacing cheap Heating, Ventilation and A/C air filters with HEPA filters. The HEPA filter removes more than 99 percent of all indoor airborne contaminants. This is the most economical solution. Then there is an even more effective solution that uses air purification. There is a whole home air purification plan that works inside the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. It hits all the incoming air with intense UV light that destroys the DNA of all airborne hazards. This is perhaps the most effective way to improve indoor air quality to the highest of levels. It’s also the most extravagant solution as well.
