I went from chilly chilly all morning long in school to becoming perfectly warm. The gas furnace is on a timed program. The school is cheap and only starts the natural gas furnace when the students arrive and has it quit an hour before they leave. Since other instructors come early and leave later, it meant most rooms were chilly all morning. The classes on the opposite side of the boiler never seemed to get warm. I was rapidly the first room to feel heating and by the time it was chilly at the end of the morning, I was ready to go home. Suddenly all the other instructors wanted to switch rooms with me and offer better supplies for our class.

A lot of people were salty when the COVID pandemic happened.

Nobody could go anywhere or buy things anymore. For me, COVID was the most superb time ever. I got to task from beach house for the first time in our life. I saved on gas and time. I no longer was trapped in the middle of rush hour on our way there and back from work. I also could get everything delivered right to our doorstep. My prescriptions all came in the mail, our groceries were delivered and all our favorite restaurants did take out. It was a truly perfect thing for an anti-social mess love myself. The only negative was that certain appointments aren’t legitimately conducive to COVID. I had difficulty getting our yearly dental cleaning and our Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance was rough. My bad Heating & Air Conditioning contractor had so more than 2 protocols to adhere to. They had to wear special suits and sanitize all their tools before and after the job. They needed to completely clean down the truck after every appointment. My Heating & Air Conditioning pro wore a hazmat suit with a face shield and armed with cleaning supplies just sitting in our home office. This guy had to be dripping with sweat to death. It was taxing trying to understand him and he seemed to struggle to do even the normal Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance appointment. I wanted to get a humidifier put inside our current heating equipment. I felt bad for the guy though and didn’t want him to mess around with the extra work time. Next time I will get it.

It is installed right inside our Heating & Air Conditioning equipment and works in tandem with it. It requires air filter cleanings and biweekly Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance however it is very much worth it. The air is much cleaner and smells better with this system.

It is nice to consistently enjoy the best weather possible.

However, it also means that I am consistently leaving the lake house when I just get it set back to order. When you don’t live in a section for numerous weeks too, it starts to deteriorate. I have needed to fix several popped seams, 2 broken pipes and done major grass care whenever I return. My most recent trip back and forth has been rough. I choose to go a little more lavish. I got a bathroom air vent with an LED light that glows when you walk underneath it. The vent whirls to life when it senses too much heating in the air. You can just leave it on all morning and the bathroom vent will believe what to do.I decided that I would not drill into the side of our lake house to add it. I called a Heating & Air Conditioning contractor and set an appointment. When the guy came over and I handed him our bathroom vent he laughed in my face. Heating & Air Conditioning professionals do major ductwork attached to Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, not little tiny vents. He told me that electricians are the a singles that handle bathroom ventilation. I told him that the ventilation was right in his title and he told me I was talking about the wrong type of ventilation. I wasn’t pleased that I had to call a weird guy with a truck and toolset. I knew that the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor had the stuff to do the job too.

There’s a lot to be said for residing in the metro area.

The choices are nearly limitless when it comes to things I like to do doing plus things to see.

Plus, it’s easier to do things with friends as most of them are near you when you live near or in the city. I can see why people choose that sort of lifestyle. That’s just not something that I could do; For me, there is a whole lot more to be said for residing in the country. And that’s right where I am. The two of us still have a nice lake house with wonderful quality heating plus air. The two of us don’t go separate from much around here. The two of us just have to drive a bit to bring back what every one of us need. The other nice thing about residing on a chunk of land in a rural setting is the parties you can throw. My wifey plus I both have extended families plus every one of us tend to be the locale where every one of us all celebration. Recently, every one of us got together again for a Grandma’s 95th anniversary. That of course required a picture. The two of us all gathered on the side of the barn for the picture. Our barn is honestly nice plus has a stone floor, plumbing, electric plus even heating plus cooling equipment. So when every one of us all grouped up for the photo, our wifey decides to throw a tarp over the Heating plus A/C cottageet so it didn’t show in the picture. What she didn’t realize by doing that was that she was splitting off the air flow the Heating plus A/C equipment needed to work. Fortunately, somebody caught it plus every one of us got the Heating plus A/C equipment uncovered before every one of us killed it.

When you’ve never had any privacy plus then abruptly you get more privacy than you can ever imagine, you tend to honestly go with that.

My wifey plus I grew up plus have lived all our lives in the city.

That means that for our entire life, we’ve lived in apartments. Now some are better than others. One might have a stellar view. Another beach house might have all the quality heating plus air you can stand. But all of them come with limited privacy plus more neighbors than you can imagine. So when every one of us moved to a lake house on a 12 acre plot of land, it was all every one of us could do to not just walk around naked. But seriously, every one of us felt there was no reason for any sort of window treatments at all. Who was looking, right? But every one of us suddenly found out that no shades or curtains had an unintended effect. I figured that out the first time I opened the electric bill once the hot plus cold temperatures started to climb. Having no window treatments meant that direct sun heating was having a field day heating up the ambient air in our home. Consequently, the air conditioner was on all the time. And that first bill nearly knocked me on our butt. Let’s just say that every one of us got right getting the lake house measured for solar shades. Once the shades were in locale, the Heating plus A/C cooling costs dropped dramatically. I prefer a giant complication with a truly easy, straightforward answer. While loving that every one of us have the most privacy ever, every one of us sure weren’t prepared to spend stupid sums of money on Heating plus A/C cooling costs.

The notes stopped and the hedge will grow back soon

I kept getting the notes on our door from the HOA and I kept throwing them away. These were little nasty grams that were all about trying to scare me into building a temporary fence to hide the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. That simply wasn’t going to happen. And anyway, if you are dire then send me a formal letter through the mail and after that I would have responded instantly. The whole thing started when the landscaper the people I was with and I use trimmed the hedge. It certainly needed be whacked back as it was sort of getting out of control. So I gave him the red light to do just that. Well, it was just short enough that if you looked certainly hard, from the exact right position, you could see the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cabinet from the street. Apparently, this is a rule with the HOA. No section of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C component can be visible from the road. Why, I have no idea. I can’t imagine what sort offense one would take from the sight of an Heating, Ventilation and A/C cabinet next to a house. Since this HOA decided to act appreciate a bunch of children and post these little tickets on our door, I chose to ignore them. That’s when a member of the HOA board decided to visit our home on a Sunday morning to threaten me in person. Sundays are for me and for our family so that was a awful way to start. Then the guy came at me with a real aggressive attitude and that was it for me. I went completely off on this guy. So awful that people were stopping to watch. The guy was stricken that there was someone he couldn’t bully. The notes stopped and the hedge will grow back soon. What a waste of energy.
