I kindly explained that our Heating & A/C equipment had never had a problem so I didn’t need it fixed. And it never has broken down because the two of us make sure the Heating & A/C equipment gets Heating & A/C repair from credentialed, licensed Heating & A/C professionals. And still, our neighbor told myself and others that I was being a chump. We’ll see who the chump is when his Heating & A/C equipment takes a dirt nap after little more than a decade of heating & cooling his house.
