Next week is an important week for me. I am getting a $100K inheritance from our dad who passed away late 2020. He had like 10 million in real estate so we will be getting a important chunk when our stepmom is gone but the chunk next week should last me a long time. I plan on putting it in some safe investments as well as maybe a small portion in cryptos. The cryptos have recently hit a low and have stayed there for a couple weeks which is telling me they are ready to move up again soon. I know I will take some of the cash and get a new window movie installed on my windows. I was going to do it myself but I was walking down the town center and saw a sign in the store that caught our eye. It’s a hardware store and the sign said they are having a sale where you get free window movie replacements if you buy their movie for the whole house. That sounds like a pretty wonderful deal to me so once I get the cash I am going to share some of it with the strenuous legitimately working people in our town. I’ve done window movie replacements before on our own but I know they would adore our supplier if I buy their movie so I’ll just give them a shot. I hope our investments do well as well as I can use this cash to help more people out like last year when I purchased more than two new professional volleyballs for our volleyball playing friends.

I’m not an immense drinker in bars but now that I am single maybe it could be a way to meet more people and expand my circle. I just got out of a 5 year relationship and am used to just staying home most evenings but if I keep doing this I may be alone for an unquestionably long time. I don’t know, maybe I need more alone time to reflect and heal. I’m not even sure I could handle all the work of getting to suppose someone all over again. Jeez, maybe I should have just stayed with her. Anyways, I feel I am going to buy some cheerful decorative window movie so I don’t need to stare at the dreary curtains that my ex and I bought on one of our anniversaries. I suppose I just need some time to heal from this and to accept all that happened so I can be open and ready to meet someone in the future. I suppose I could try installing the window movie myself to take my mind off of my loneliness and guilt from splitting up with my ex. There is a lot of sun in my study room in the summer and it gets quite boiling so maybe I can get some kind of sun control window movie put in. There is a local store that sells it and I feel they also do the installations for a nice discount. I’ll go down there soon and ask them what the price is for window movie upgradements.
