Old home gets current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology

I have to say that this home turned out even more amazingly beautiful than my spouse and I had hoped it would.

Relaxing in the a/c in our home is bliss now that it’s done.

With all the time, effort and money put into renovating this jewel, the two of us are sure glad with that outcome. The people I was with and I were so committed to doing the renovations right to this 1 of a kind structure, the two of us spent a few months in a camper. Yep, our lease on the rental the two of us were staying in came up and the two of us were still a few months away from completing the work to the house. So the two of us borrowed a camper and a space heating system to camp out in the driveway of our home while the work was completed properly. There were a lot of challenges with this house. First, it was built in the honestly early 30’s and had been left in disrepair by the last owner. The people I was with and I wanted to fully restore the home to its original grandeur and that took time and some creativity. One site where the creativity was most obvious was with the heating and cooling. Since the home was designed and built prior to the advent of residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C, there was a hodge podge of heating and cooling. The people I was with and I tore all of that out. But the two of us wanted to replace it with heating and cooling device that would blend in to the look and feel of the house. That’s how the two of us ended up installing a ductless multi split heating and cooling system. The people I was with and I couldn’t be more enthusiastic with how it turned out. Plus, the ability to customize the heating and cooling between the many ductless heat pumps is a big bonus.
