Need garage for workspace – already has HVAC vents

Sometimes you just luck out, and that’s the truth.

  • I never expect to have nice things handed to me, but there are a few occasions when life just works out in the best way possible.

It’s never predictable, and usually this turn of luck happens when I least expect it to. For instance, most recently, when we were desperately house hunting for our prized dream home and the universe just sort of handed us the perfect home. Let me explain. We’ve been searching on a competitive housing market for a real gem, but have been limited to stay within a very unglamorous budget. Of course it’s easy to get discouraged after months of failure, but then the world provided the best house possible for us! Not only does the home have a nice yard, outdoor hang spaces, and a ton of room, but the HVAC system has just been updated, the windows were just upgraded to energy efficient models, and the air ducts have been fully replaced. These energy efficient upgrades are enormous money savers for us, now and in the future. We won’t have to worry about the coming costs of a brand new heating and cooling system, air ductwork installation, or home renovations for insulation purposes. This was already a huge help for our strict budget and foreseeable energy expenditure costs, but it gets even better! Another requirement for our new home was a designated workspace for myself – and this home came with a huge two car garage. The space is ideal for my messy artwork, and best of all, the garage was retrofitted with direct HVAC vents straight from the new air handling equipment. Now I’ll be perfectly warm or cool all day while I work my heart out. Thanks to these HVAC upgrades, it really couldn’t have worked out better.
