My buddy is a beekeeper
I live out in the country, and although our neighbor lives further away from me, it is quite interesting to watch them for a distance… My neighbor is a beekeeper and honey salesman, then he sells all natural honey that is hive fresh, but i personally have bought numerous bottles of honey from him, and I like to put it on our toast in the afternoon.
Although he is a small beekeeping place, he seems to have plenty of honey for sale, which is wonderful by me, because I will happily buy multiple bottles. Anyways, he has some of his bee colonies in his backyard, and it is interesting to watch him all dressed up in his pale white suit, come out and start poking around the bee colonies. I don’t assume much about beekeepers and what they do, so I’m not sure what exactly he is doing, I just assume they make wonderful honey. I rarely ever get honey bees close to our home, however whenever I do, I just call our neighbor over and he happily takes them to add to his ever-growing colony. He strongly believes in bee rescue, and cannot resist saving honey bees. I have watched year after year, his bee colony gets greater, but now he practically has his own honey bee farm, all in his backyard, then even more aggressive bugs, appreciate wasps, he doesn’t assume in wasp extermination. He simply catches all wasps and relocates them, and has done numerous wasp removal in his afternoons. My neighbor typically gives myself and others something to watch.
