Music and air quality
Today I will be drumming at sunset on this rock pier, either alone or with other people, but either way I am going to drum to help clean my soul and mind.
- I like drumming out near the sea because the air is much cleaner and I feel that it is good for my health to be around the fresh sea air.
Poor indoor air quality can have a significant impact on our health, as we spend a majority of our time indoors. Indoor air pollution can come from a variety of sources, including outdoor pollutants that infiltrate our homes, as well as from indoor sources like cooking, cleaning products, and tobacco smoke. Exposure to poor indoor air quality can lead to a range of health problems, including respiratory issues such as asthma, allergies, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Poor indoor air quality can also worsen existing conditions and can be especially harmful to vulnerable populations, such as children, the elderly, and those with compromised immune systems. A whole home air purifier can help with all of these problems almost immediately, as you can measure the air quality with a good ppm meter to see the benefits of the HVAC device. A lot of people have these systems in their homes and swear by them, especially those suffering from allergies to dust and pollen. HEPA filters are great at cleaning these two pollutants from the air and will help to raise the indoor air quality to a level that is great for your health. Just take a look at one someday and see if it fits into your budget.
