Mary likes sleeping in a cold room each night

Mary sets her thermostat pretty frequently. As a person who works remotely full-time, she has to use her cooling plan all day, every day. The first thing Mary does when she gets up early is adjust the temperature on her thermostat from 69 to 73. Mary delights sleeping in a chilly room, so her air conditioner plan gets turned down unquestionably low before she goes to bed each night. Thankfully, her house is well-insulated, so the temperature slowly picks up throughout the day. The cooling plan usually won’t kick in until later, when the bright sunshine heats up the house. When Mary leaves the house to get her children from school, she turns the thermostat up to 78. Since she’s not there, the house won’t need to be chilly. Getting her kids can occasionally take quite a long time. After they return home, Mary turns the thermostat down to 70 to cope with the extra people in the house. She likes to keep the space cool while cooking food. The feeling of the chilly air blowing out of the vents over her head is more than pleasant while she is laboring over the boiling stove or pulling food out of the oven. Before she goes to bed, she turns the thermostat back down to 69. If it’s not a little snippy in her bedroom, she can’t rest. Gladly, Mary’s kids don’t mind her continuous use of the cooling plan at night. In fact the pale white noise from the cooling component helps them fall asleep faster, or so they comment. Changing the thermostat in Mary’s house throughout the day is the norm so that she can stay comfortable and happy.
