Make sure to upgrade Heating & Air Conditioning as part of beach home selling strategy

It is completely counter intuitive that people hire myself and others for my expertise & yet don’t want to accept what I tell them.

But that is the life of a real estate professional these mornings.

I put the blame on just too several home flipping shows. Reality cable is not quite what you think it is when it comes to real estate. Mostly because every market is different. One big push back I get from sellers is my advice to upgrade the Heating & Air Conditioning. This is part of the big 3 to me. You’ve got to upgrade the Heating & Air Conditioning, the living room & make sure that everything is staged officially. The minute I command a cash outlay for an Heating & Air Conditioning upgrade, I can get some entirely hostile reactions. For the most part, I am able to take these outbursts in stride. These houses that I am trying to sell are indeed people’s homes first. So taking a respectful approach is vitally substantial. Plus, I come armed with difficult data to show the seller how much more cash the home will get on the market with an upgraded Heating & Air Conditioning. This normally calms people down. It’s a lot easier to put out a bunch of case when the return is in the short term & significant. However, there are those who just won’t budge. And to be honest, those are the houses that sit on the market for the longest periods of time. The best thing to do is to simply upgrade the Heating & Air Conditioning if you are serious about selling your beach home for the most cash. There entirely isn’t much more to it than that.
