I wasn't gleeful with the way things turned out

My hubby and I spent almost $10,000 to have radiant heated flooring installed in our beach house.

About multiple months after the radiant heated flooring was installed, the people I was with and I had a dinner party with multiple guests. It was freezing outdoors so the people I was with and I decided to use the radiant heated flooring for the first time. It did not live up to the hype and I was honestly quite disappointed. Some areas in the room were extremely sizzling while other parts of the room felt cold. I told our hubby that the people I was with and I needed to call the supplier to have the concern fixed. He insisted that the supplier did a wonderful task, but I was discontent with the product. After spending thoUSnds of dollars, I expected a much better product and a much more evenly heated room. When our hubby went back to the office the next day, I called the supplier. I spoke to the same person that installed radiant heated flooring. I told the guy what I was thinking and how I was feeling. He agreed to come to the home to perform a check on all of the radiant heated flooring components. He did not charge me anything for the repair call. I am not sure I would have agreed to pay anything. The supplier spent about 45 minutes looking at everything and then he told me that there was a sizable electrical concern that was keeping some of the flooring from working. Thankfully the electric concern was simple to fix.
