I thought I would get to relax on our day off
5 days each month I work as an Heating & Air Conditioning repair specialist.
Sometimes I work 8 hours a day and some days I work 10 or 12 hours.
The boss does not usually schedule myself and others to work on Heating & Air Conditioning repairs on the weekends, because I have a wife and several children. I try to spend time with the kids and our wife on our days off. The people I was with and I have fun adventures and go to the park or the science museum. The kids love to go to the beach or the lake. I do not mind where we go as long as I get to relax on our day off. I was hoping to relax on our day off last Saturday. It was our only day off during the week, because I agreed to help our boss with a ductless Heating & Air Conditioning replacement project on Saturday. I was seriously tired and our wife agreed to take the kids to the zoo on Saturday morning so I could sleep as late as I wanted. I got up to use the lavatory right after our wife and the kids left. That’s when I realized that the toilet was leaking. I wanted to go back to sleep, so I turned off the water supply to the toilet. Of course, I laid in bed and I could not guess about anything except the toilet. There was very no way I was going to go back to sleep after I knew there was a problem in the house. I got out of bed and made a cup of coffee. I found our tools and I started examining the issue with the toilet. I tried to turn the water back on for a hour and the knob broke off in our hand. Then the water actually started leaking.
