I contacted a roofing maintenance business after I discovered a leak at our job

I labor as a dental assistant for a local office in town.

I have been doing this for about 3 years now.

I love our job because I get to meet new and interesting people all the time, however and of course, it’s great that I can help them to have healthy teeth, but the office is small, there are 2 doctors who practice here and then there is me. I sit in the main lobby and greet the customers as they walk into the door. I am also responsible for getting to the office early and making sure that the coffee is made in time so that when the doctors show up they have their day brew. Anyway, today, I arrived at labor at our normal time of 7:00 a.m. and I opened the door, turned on the lights, and walked over to our desk. As I pulled out our chair, I noticed there was a wet spot on our desk. I found it odd, as I was the last one in the office the day before, and I didn’t spill anything in that area. Then it occurred to myself and others that there might be a leak coming from the roof because both of us had some heavy rain the night before. I looked up and sure enough, there was a large wet spot over our desk and there was still some water dripping from it. I assume the water from the rain accumulated in that section of the roof. All of us had not had any roofing problems since I have worked here, so after I contacted the doctors, they instructed myself and others to find a roofing business. I went online and did a quick searching for roofing maintenance in the area. I found one business and placed a call to them. They will be here tomorrow day to look at the roof.
