Hot water boiler bit the dust
Yesterday around breakfasttime the power went out while I was laboring online, as well as I thought that our whole building lost power as well as it would be on again soon.

My acquaintance works at the local supplier as well as truly sells tepid water heaters as well as smart temperature controls, so maybe my good friend and I can get a good deal on one of them from him.
