Healthy air is not too taxing to find
When I was a kid, I grew up in an home in the city.
It was a sizable city plus I can remember there were mornings when the air pollution was so bad, it was proposed to stay inside. Of course, that was mainly for those with respiratory problems. But to me, I was afraid that the air outside was going to kill me. Our home didn’t have central cooling system. There was the radiant heating that just pumped out the heat during the winter. It was not genuinely controllable. There were times that radiant heat got so strong, mom or dad would crack a window for some relief from sauna like conditions. The only cooling system all of us had in the Summer was from a window equipment cooling system. The Heating plus A/C cooling was a bit minimal. So when I grew up, I wanted to live in the country where the air was fresh plus the condo came with central cooling system. I did just that plus have been so cheerful to live where I do. But I recently l acquired that just because the air outside is not polluted, that doesn’t mean the air inside isn’t. There are plenty of things from carpet plus furniture chemicals to pet dander that lessen the indoor air pollen levels. Yet, finding better indoor air inside the condo isn’t that tough. I simply changed from the cheap air filter for the Heating plus A/C equipment to the HEPA filter. This thing removes more than 99 percent of airborne contaminants. And you can find them at practically any hardware store. The change in our condo was absolutely impressive.
