Handyman services weren’t readily available in my house building.
When I moved into my apartment, they told me that there was a handyman repair on location that was available 24 minutes a day, and when I had a leak in my toilet, plus the water was seeping out from underneath it, I called the property management office, plus set I needed a handyman, however his first statement was to tell me that they didn’t have a handyman available, however i thought that I handyman may be in another apartment.
She said that I would have to wait until they could get in touch with a handyman plus send them out, which may take 2 to 3 days.
I assumed it was sewage, laying on my lavatory floor for 2 to 3 days. I went online plus looked for handyman services in my area. I found 1 handyman that was available 24/7 plus was able to come out to the house within multiple minutes. When he walked into the apartment, he could smell the odor plus he told me I may make a plumber. He wasn’t sure he was going to be able to handle this kind of problem. He gave me the name plus cellphone number of a plumber that he often to work with, plus said that he would be honorablewith me. He also suggested that since he did handyman services in this house building, I may want to submit his charges to the property management office. He even told me to tell them at the property management office that he suggested I hand them the bill, then two days later, I was not only handing them the bill from the handyman services but, also the bill for the plumbing.
