Buying a new home

I was so pumped up when I got a big promotion with the supplier I work for… The catch was that I had to transfer to a new location, but the new location was to die for! I have been living in the north, but they decided to transfer me down south where I would be living near the coast.

Because I got a massive bonus plus they paid for our relocation costs, I decided to invest in a really nice home! I decided to get a house on the beach.

The beach house I went for has a really nice fireplace plus a pretty nice Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. I wanted something a tiny bit more however with the money I had, so I decided to have the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier install radiant radiant heated floors in our beach house. I had always wanted to have radiant radiant heated floors, but previously I never thought I would be able to afford them, but now I am making nice money plus I felt this investment was something that I deserved for all the strenuous work I put into our career. I also felt it would be good being able to entertain guests as well as how new friends that I met in this location. I instantly got along well with the people at my job and I have been proper in this new place. I work with an excellent team of gifted professionals, plus we work strenuously to take care of business. Ever since living in this new area, I have had many parties with several of our co-workers and buddies. They all really care about what I did with the house with the radiant radiant heated floors. Everybody also enjoys relaxing around our fireplace.
