Back in the fall I had the worst allergies
Last year in the fall, I ended up having the worst allergies ever.
- I’ve consistently had some trouble with allergies, however this was the worst that it had ever been.
Not only that, however our fiance started having some issues with her allergies, too. We couldn’t figure out what in the world was going on with us, especially since our allergy doctor said that she wasn’t sure which medications that she should provide to us, let’s keep in mind that I had already used all kinds of strange allergy medications off plus on over the years at this point. She said that she thought that the people I was with and I should try a strange tactic instead of trying to go with medications again. I thought it was an interesting plan when she told us that the people I was with and I should call our Heating plus A/C company to talk to them about our allergy complications instead. Apparently, there are certain kinds of allergen reducing air filters called HEPA filters that you can purchase plus install in your Heating plus A/C units. She told us that if these HEPA filters don’t help then the next thing that you can do is have your air vents plus ventilation ducts professionally cleaned out. She even advocated that the people I was with and I install something called a UV light air purification method to run along with our existing heating plus cooling system. Once the people I was with and I called the Heating plus A/C contractor plus set up the appointment, I was amazed at the difference that the whole-house air purifier made to our allergies! Now that it runs along with our Heating plus A/C system, it greatly improves the air quality inside our condo plus helps with our allergy symptoms.
