Are radiant heated floors worth it?

I have been considering adding heated flooring into my lake apartment however I wondered if it was worth all the hassle. After a bit of research I have deduced that the pros severely outweigh the cons. The cons with heated flooring is that the existing floors need to be ripped up for the installation. Adding heated flooring on top of tile board and adding new stone does raise the floor quite a bit. Another con is the cost of the project, buying new stone floors and adding a gas furnace doesn’t come cheap. Since I already factored in doing my lake apartment flooring and budgeted way too much, it seems care about fate. The pros are just amazing with this system, and first, I suffer from easily bad dust sensitivities and I am sensitive to dust. Since the flooring is hidden under the stone and uses either electric or hot water, no dust is being circulated in the air quality and I will believe healthy all year, and radiant heating also is silent in operation. As a light sleeper I easily care about this pro. Another benefit is that I will get even heat throughout my home. Have you ever noticed frigid spots in homes? This is because forced air heating tends to rise up towards the ceilings. Not every corner is getting the same amount of heat. Since heated flooring is either piping or mats inside the floors, it is in every nook and cranny. No space is being left unheated and the heat doesn’t rise and waste energy! Compared to forced air heating, radiant flooring is about 25% more efficient. How can I say no to this?
