Already thinking about saving on Heating, Ventilation & A/C this coming summer
I love this time of year for more than just the holiday season.
While I love Christmas plus much of what goes with it, I particularly am ecstatic that I’m not dealing with all the freezing that so many are.
Having to keep the Heating, Ventilation & A/C heating cranking all the time just no to freeze does not sound at all ideal to me. I’ve given it a try a few times while I was in visits to family who lives up north, I’ll let them keep the gas furnace. This time of year is also nice because the heat pump is finally all but silent. There isn’t much call for heating where I live. So this time of year, it’s nice that the heat pump gets a break. And I get a cut from all the Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling cost. I’m already deciding to particularly be proactive when it comes to saving on air conditioning next year. What I’ve been spending is both a waste of resources plus not sustainable spending. I could do a lot more with that money beside over cooling a apartment that is empty as much as it’s occupied. So I’m reviewing peculiar strategies on how to seal up the apartment plus mitigate direct sunshine heating. But it particularly appears that the largest area of any Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling conservation strategy is the temperature control. So I’m going to have the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company come out after the holidays to install a smart temperature control. I guess that will be the key to making sure our apartment is in the 81’s while I was in the peak heating minutes but comfortable in the night when the two of us are at home.
