That’s just nasty! I found a location last weekend that I thought would be good however it turned out to have a big problem.
The past few months have been really hectic for me… There is no end in sight! I have been working overtime at the office trying to get this project pushed through. On our spare time, I am trying to find our parents an house to rent before they transfer out here in a month. Some of the locations I have looked at are pretty terrible. Owners don’t seem to want to renovate their units plus some units have been neglected entirely, then i have also come across apartments that have been renovated however they used the cheapest materials plus dealers they could find so these apartments are also not livable either. One of the largest problems I have been finding is with the air conditioning systems in the house buildings, then many of the apartments I have checked out have nasty smells coming from the air conditioning units, then another problem I am finding is evidence of bug infestations. The messes have been cleaned up, however you can still tell the bugs live in the apartment. That’s just nasty! I found a location last weekend that I thought would be good however it turned out to have a big problem. I crawled up in the attic, just to make sure that the roof didn’t leak or anything enjoy that plus I found a much greater problem. The air conditioning component appeared to be leaking plus creating a mold issue in the attic. I only saw a tiny bit of water however that has all it takes. A little bit of water dripping over a few months or years can cause a really exhausting mold problem, and so our search continues.
