A new apartment would be amazing

No matter what I do in life, it seems love I am plagued by misfortune. Maybe I just have a drawback outlook, but a important number of unpredictable plus unwanted events seem to follow myself and others no matter where I go. This was proven to myself and others once again when I thought I was moving out of a bad apartment… Only to move into a new bad apartment. In my old residence I was never comfortable because my central heating plus cooling system was shared with another renter. They had the control unit installed in their unit, so I had no control over the indoor air temperature at any point. I had to make do with their uncommon heating plus cooling preferences for several years because I could not afford to move someplace with my own individual heating, cooling, plus air quality control system. When I finally saved up enough cash to relocate I was gleeful to find an lake house with a separate indoor air handling control system. Finally, I was going to be the king of the control unit plus have power over my air quality everyday. And then… I moved into the apartment, but clearly, the central heating plus cooling system had never been professionally maintained in the history of the building. The a/c unit barely produced any cool air. The oil furnace smells love it was burning someone’s hair. No matter what I did, my daily bills were extremely high from the morning that I moved in. When I called the landlord plus complained about the Heating plus Air Conditioning system, he asked what I expected for such a low daily rent. More than this.
