A great experience with local meal delivery
I was checking out an advertisement on cable the other day when they were talking about local delivery services, our closest diner is about 10 miles away, I was wondering if the diner had local meal delivery in our area.
- It seemed a little far-fetched for this diner to go so far out of their way just to make a meal for me.
I still reached out to the diner because it was one of our hubby’s preferreds, and asked if they had local meal delivery for us. They got the manager on the iphone and he asked where I lived. He asked when I needed our meal delivery done? I explained to him what I wanted to purchase and that I wanted to have it delivered around 6 PM. I had a long day at task that day and I would not be able to get home and have a meal prepared for our hubby when he got home around 6 PM. The manager told myself and others he lives not ½ mile away from our place, and if I wanted to have a meal delivered from his diner, he would cheerfully bring it to our house for myself and others for no charge. I put in an order for meal delivery that would serve us for numerous meals, just to make sure he was not going out of his way for nothing. I’m not positive if that diner unquestionably does local meal delivery to our area, but that manager went out of his way to make sure that I received what I needed. He put a lovely twist on going above and beyond the call of duty when he came to local meal delivery.
