I called my brother and asked him to check it out for me, but he couldn’t find a source for the odor.

He told me someone must have just gotten gas, and there could have been a small leak. I thanked him for checking it out for me, and he went home. I thought he checked everything, but several afternoons later, it was apparent he had missed something. I was in the kitchen two afternoons later. The smell of gas was just as strong, and I was going to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer. I had acquired gas for my gas boiler, and that’s when I thought the odor began. I was just getting ready to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer when I heard a loud pop and then the property shook. My boiler had exploded, and I was blessed to have not been killed. The boiler was located under the living section of the house, and not the kitchen. The only thing that happened when the boiler exploded, other than losing my property to the fire, was that I couldn’t hear. The healthcare worker assured me that my hearing would come back, but he wasn’t sure how long it would take. When it came time to rebuild my house, the only thing I knew I didn’t want was another gas boiler. I told them I wanted any type of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system they had, as long as it didn’t involve me using some kind of fuel. I didn’t ever want to go separate from hearing again.

He measured the amount of insulation on the floor, walls, and ceiling of the attic, and said it had shrunk hugely. With some new insulation, the heat should be staying in the lower floor instead of escaping through the roof. He also said my superb friend and I should get the insulation in the ceiling of the attic, which he had told us twice now. I didn’t realize the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional could supply us all this information and do the testing for heat loss. I always thought my superb friend and I had to call a supplier to do that for us. My husband was cheerful our boiler is in perfect condition, but now my superb friend and I had to call a professional to make sure all of the insulation was installed officially and that it was the right insulation to stop heat loss. It wouldn’t be superb to have the insulation installed and find out it wasn’t the right one to do the job.

Since my fiance called him, I assumed he had mentioned the air conditioner unit, but I’m going to have him call back plus have the insurance adjuster put it in his notes, even if he needs to come back to the house. I know how expensive air conditioner units are, plus I can’t afford to buy another one soon. I just bought this one last year.

Last Springtime, the A/C tore up on us when the weather started heating up.

I don’t usually care all that much about using the a/c that early in the year, however last year it was a little bit odd for me.

I was pregnant plus so I got overheated actually easily. The whole winter season that year, I was super overheated plus so I wouldn’t even let my partner turn the heating system on in the house, even though almost everyone else in the family was cold. They all got mad at me because I refused to let them turn the temperature up on the temperature control, however I didn’t care. I actually honestly only cared about myself at that point. I don’t know if I’m the only person who is super selfish when I’m pregnant, however I have the feeling that other ladies get the same way sporadically! I was just so overheated plus uncomfortable that I wanted relief from it, no matter who else had to suffer from it. It was the same way in the Springtime whenever the weather started heating up outside, too. I wasn’t about to feel all overheated plus overheated inside of the condo when I had a perfectly fantastic air conditioner that I could turn on so that I could get relief, but however, the complication ended up being the fact that it wasn’t a perfectly fantastic air conditioner after all! It was broken! I had called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor last week, & I wanted to ask questions about the heater.

He was supposed to be doing work on the air conditioner unit, however my pal and I also had questions.

I had noticed some odd things happening, & I was sad. I knew my pal and I may need a modern heater, however what he was talking about was not putting me at ease. He first started talking about heat exchangers, & then he switched to heat pumps. I asked him what the heat pump had to do with the heat exchanger. I had heard that heat exchangers could cause some major issues, but I hadn’t heard about there being heat pumps in the heater. I wasn’t just curious, but I was confused. I asked him if he would please explain what he was talking about. He told me he thought my pal and I needed a modern boiler before winter season began. My friend and I didn’t need it right now, because winter season was over, however my pal and I had to buy a modern boiler soon. He then told us the air conditioner equipment was in enjoyable shape. He changed the air filter & cleaned the condensate drain. He also topped off the coolant. He repeated that the air conditioner equipment was in enjoyable shape, & it should last for numerous years, as long as my pal and I continue with the service. When he left, I looked at my partner & asked if he understood what he was talking about. He said my pal and I needed a modern heater, however the air conditioner equipment was okay. I laughed & said nothing more.
