I am truly kind of loving this quarantine, but don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I enjoy the pandemic, or the virus, or that people are getting sick plus losing their jobs, then of course that isn’t true, it’s a mind blowing tragedy plus I am hoping for a relatively instant resolution, then but if I am being fair I am affectionate the actual lockdown, and it’s been a sizable change in my previously actually high stress levels.

Little to no traffic, no idiots at the office, just a lot of peace plus quiet, where I can work, write, and hang out in solitude with my cats, then I work with Heating as well as A/C systems, but not in the way that you might think.

I am a large-scale Heating as well as A/C systems analyst which means I look at the inner workings of the massive, complex systems used for shopping malls and highrise complexes. The number one space for me is that these high tech Heating as well as A/C systems are so well automated and computer controlled that I can easily access, analyze, plus modify them remotely, but even if I went to the location I would use a terminal to access the full Heating as well as A/C system, therefore now that terminal is just in my lake apartment office. I have several skilled Heating and A/C contractors that work under me, plus I can dispatch them at any time to handle anything that needs to be done on-site, although usually the only thing that we have to do in person is train the staff how to use these Heating as well as A/C units, but lockdown or no, I enjoy to handle my Heating as well as A/C company from lake apartment plus I doubt that will change soon.

The best area for me is that these high tech Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units are so well automated and PC controlled that I can fully access, analyze, and modify them remotely, however even if I went to the location I would use a terminal to access the full Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, so now that terminal is just in my apartment office. I have more than a few skilled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C techs that job under me, and I can dispatch them at any moment in order to handle anything that needs to be done on-site… Although usually the only thing we have to do in person is train the staff how to use these Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems, however lockdown or no, I care about to deal with my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier from my home and I doubt that will change.

I am a large-scale HVAC systems analyst which means I evaluate the inner absolutely workings of the huge, industrial systems used for shopping malls and highrise buildings, and the best part for me is that these high tech HVAC systems are so well automated and kindle controlled that I can fully access, analyze, and modify them in a remote situation, and even if I went to the location I would use a terminal to access the full HVAC system, so now that terminal is just in my lake house office. I have several well seasoned HVAC techs that work under me, and I can dispatch them at any time to handle anything that needs to be done on-site; Although usually the only thing that we have to do in person is train the staff how to use these HVAC systems! Lockdown or no, I love to deal with my HVAC company from lake house and I doubt that will change.

I am a large-scale HVAC systems analyst which means I evaluate the inner toilings of the massive, complex systems used for shopping malls plus highrise buildings, but the best section for me is that these high tech HVAC systems are so well automated plus laptop controlled that I can fully access, analyze, plus modify them remotely. Even if I am hoping to move the place I would use a terminal to access the full HVAC system, so now that terminal is just in our condo office. I have various skilled HVAC techs that work under me, and I will be able to dispatch them at any time to handle anything that needs to be done on-site, and although usually the only thing all of us have to do in woman’s train the staff how to use these HVAC systems, lockdown or no, I savor to handle our HVAC corporation from condo plus I doubt that will change.

I hate it when you find you have a back stock of things and then need to store them. I have an issue with storage space in my garage, so I had been thinking about renting storage space. Oh, and if you are wondering what this is all for, it’s for a bunch of heating and air conditioning products I have an overflow of. I used to be in the HVAC supplier business, and the heating and air conditioning supplier I was in charge of went under last year. So i have these remaining space heaters, portable air conditioning system and some spare parts for HVAC systems that I need to store. I just do not want to get rid of them because I could sell these privately to either consumers or other HVAC companies that may be in need of these things when their regular HVAC suppliers run out of stock. I think my best bet like I was saying is to just rent a storage unit on a monthly basis until I can move all this back stock of heating and air conditioning equipment that I have stockpiled over here. I asked a friend of mine for the best deals he knows on storage units since he rented a few for personal property. He gave me some good leads to do this. So I am looking into it as of next week when they are opened for business again. I hope I can move all of this back stock of heating and air conditioning equipment soon.

Working in the heating and air conditioning business for so many years you would think I had experienced everything.

• Well, that was totally wrong! The other week I had to instal a hot water boiler in someone’s home with my other HVAC worker partners.

Believe it or not, in all my years in the HVAC business I have never in my life had to do anything with a hot water boiler. However, I thought I knew the basics of it. Well let me tell you, the installation of that hot water boiler was much harder than I ever could have imagined! The entire installation process was an all day thing. I was originally thinking it would be 4 hours tops like the installation of a central heating and air conditioning system would be. However, this was not the case what so ever. First off, just to move this monster it took over an hour! It took special equipment and my entire HVAC installation crew. Then all the technical aspects of the hot water boiler’s installation itself was whole other story. I will not even bother to go into it all because I am sure it would bore the living heck out of you. But I was so wiped out by the end of this work day because of the hot water boiler installation! I was so glad that this happened on a Friday so I had the weekend to rest and recoop from that crazy and tiring job! If it was during the week, I would have most likely had to call out the next day!

I really hate having to go and get my drivers licence renewed.

The entire process of having to go and get your photo taken again is the part I hate the most! For one, the place I have to go to have it done is a long drive. Second, the place has the most lousy heating and air conditioning in it! No matter what time of year it falls on, I always find myself feeling awful when I leave the place. It takes forever waiting just to have a stupid 2 second updated photo taken. Then with the bad air quality and bad heating and air conditioning in the place it makes me feel like death warmed over. I actually have to wait to even drive home because I feel so bad from the air quality and the lack of heating or air conditioning! They really need to invest in some kind of industrial heating and air conditioning system that works, and even some sort of air purification system wouldn’t hurt in improving the air quality in the place. I had to go through this just last week, and I almost gave up my drivers licence just to not have to deal with the bad air conditioning and the bad air quality in this place. But, I need to get around by car to get to work and just my usual day to day travel needs. So what choice did I have? I had to suffer through it all once again. I did make a comment to the management while I was there too.
