Every one of us came in this morning, plus it was quite hot inside plus after some investigating, the maintenance man realized that the air conditioning was broken… He contacted the commercial air conditioning company, only to be told that it would be 2 afternoons before they could have someone look at the unit.

For 15 years, I have been laboring as a educator, plus I actually care about what I do. I teach middle school teenagers plus over the years, our students have been the best; Most of our outdated students that I taught have all gone to private school plus by now, some have graduated from school. I would like to guess that I have a hand in their success. That is 1 of the greatest rewards of being a educator, then being in the school plan for over 15 years, I have seen a lot of students come plus go. But I must say 1 of the hardest times was these past 2 years going through the pandemic plus the quarantine. It was tough to transition to homeschooling teenagers, but it was something that I had to get used to. I loved that I was lake house laboring from the comfort of our home, although I missed seeing the students and the educators, and now that all of us are back in school, I do miss laboring from home. Especially on afternoons like this where the a/c stopped laboring in the building. Every one of us came in this morning, plus it was quite hot inside plus after some investigating, the maintenance man realized that the air conditioning was broken… He contacted the commercial air conditioning company, only to be told that it would be 2 afternoons before they could have someone look at the unit. Apparently, there is a backlog of schools having a/c problems. Two afternoons is a long time to have teenagers laying in hot classrooms, so all of us decided to return to homeschool until the air conditioning is fixed. I am just blissful that I am laboring from lake house once more, even if only for many afternoons.

A few weeks ago, I booked a weekend getaway with a few of our friends, however every one of us stayed in a major town so that all of us could have some fun while in our visit.

Every one of us wanted to visit some of the local bars plus attend a concert of 1 of our number one bands. Every one of us have been to this town before plus it’s 1 of our number ones, so all of us are actually official with it. Every one of us care about the food, the people, plus of course the music scene. The town has so many music festivals each year, that it’s almost impossible to go to all of them, then anyway, when all of us are in this city, all of us always rent a trip lake house so that all of us can all stay in the same venue, i was so excited when all of us found the perfect trip rental. It had 4 family rooms, a guest house, a pool deck with a built-in grill, a mini bar, plus it also had a substantial back yard… When all of us arrived at the house everything seemed perfect, but after a couple of hours, all of us realized that the a/c was broken. Every one of us instantly contacted the host to report the issue, and unluckyly, they weren’t able to get an Heating & A/C worker to service the air conditioning until the next day. Thankfully, the house had a few ceiling fans, plus they were able to supply some relief. When the Heating & A/C worker showed up, he explained that the air conditioning unit desperately needed to be ran tests on. I don’t guess anything much about trip rentals, although I would guess that getting the air conditioning properly ran tests on should be a priority. The host was gracious enough to refund 1 evening plus all of us were excited that all of us had air conditioning for the rest of our stay.

It had 4 study rooms, a guest house, a pool deck with a built-in grill, a mini bar, plus it also had a sizable back yard. When both of us arrived at the home everything seemed perfect, however after a couple of minutes, both of us realized that the air conditioning system was broken. We right away contacted the host to report the issue, unluckyly, they weren’t able to get an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional to repair the air conditioning system until the next afternoon. Thankfully, the home had a few ceiling fans, plus they were able to supply some relief. When the Heating plus Air Conditioning professional showed up, he explained that the air conditioning system unit desperately needed to be ran tests on. I don’t guess anything much about holiday rentals, although I would guess that getting the air conditioning system officially ran tests on should be a priority. The host was gracious enough to refund one evening plus both of us were glad that both of us had air conditioning system for the rest of our stay.

We care about the food, the people, & of course the songs scene, the neighborhood has so numerous songs festivals each year, that it’s almost impossible to go to all of them, but anyway, when the people I was with and I are in this city, the people I was with and I respectfully rent a vacation new home so that the people I was with and I can all stay in the same locale, and i was so ecstatic when the people I was with and I found the perfect vacation rental. It had 4 home offices, a guest house, a pool deck with a built-in grill, a mini bar, & it also had a big back yard. When the people I was with and I arrived at the condo everything seemed perfect, however after a couple of minutes, the people I was with and I realized that the air conditioner was broken. We instantly contacted the host to report the issue, however unfortunately, they weren’t able to get an Heating & Air Conditioning worker to repair the A/C until the next day. Thankfully, the condo had a few ceiling fans, & they were able to deliver some relief. When the Heating & Air Conditioning worker showed up, she explained that the A/C unit desperately needed to be worked on. I don’t know anything much about vacation rentals, although I would guess that getting the A/C constantly worked on should be a priority. The host was gracious enough to refund a single night & the people I was with and I were ecstatic that the people I was with and I had A/C for the rest of our stay.

As for being able to control the specific temperature in the greenhouse I was going to get a heating and air conditioning system put in there.

I have always had a passion for gardening. There’s something to me that’s really satisfying about seeing a plant go from a tiny sprout to something you can eat fruit off. There is only one problem, the enemy of my garden is the cold winter weather. When it comes to growing your own food, the state I live in isn’t exactly the best place to grow food. This is mostly because of the very cold winter weather. I had a thriving garden last year that was completely killed off by the cold weather. The frost just annihilates the plans. I was so devastated, I put a Year’s worth of work into all those plants only to lose them in a matter of a few days. I knew that I didn’t want to have that happen again and that I wanted to be able to control the temperatures of the area the plants were being grown in but how would I do that? After all, it’s not like I could control the weather. I just want my friend came up with a genius idea and she told me I should get a greenhouse. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t thought of it before! A greenhouse was the obvious solution to all my problems. As for being able to control the specific temperature in the greenhouse I was going to get a heating and air conditioning system put in there. Nothing big or crazy like a central air conditioning system or a furnace or anything like that. But I’m thinking a window AC system in combination with a space heater might work. I haven’t quite figured it out yet but I’m going to ask the professional Heating and AC technicians at the HVAC provider and see what they recommend. One way or another I know where I can grow my plants without worrying about them being killed off by the cold winter weather.

It was coming to the end of its life

I am incredibly happy with my most recent purchase today. For the first time ever I have purchased my own heating and air conditioning system. I guess I finally feel like an adult. Despite being in my 20s and living on my own, I had always still felt like a kid at heart. But when the heat and AC system in my house started having problems I did what anybody would do and that was to contact the local heating and AC business to see if they could take care of the issue. When the heating and AC provider came out to my home I was expecting him to say that all I needed was some repairs. I was already anticipating that I would just pay the repair bills and have my heating and cooling system back up and running in no time. However, this was not the news that the heating and cooling worker gave me. The news the heating and cooling worker gave me was quite grim. He told me that my air conditioner specifically but also my heater too was in bad condition and we need to be replaced soon. As soon as he told me this I thought that it was my fault, that I just haven’t been taking good enough care of my heating and cooling system even though I had a service every 6 months. However, the heating and AC technician informed me that it wasn’t my fault and that it was a result of the age of the HVAC system. It was coming to the end of its life. Now I am tasked with the job of picking out a brand new heating and AC system. Thanks to all the help from the heating and cooling company this process was much easier than I expected.

For the past 10 years I have lived in a very hot climate. Because I’ve looked here so long it’s something that I’ve mostly gotten used to but as I’ve gotten older I’ve started to notice that I have become less tolerant of the heat than I used to be in my younger days. It was for this reason that I was considering leaving. I just didn’t want to deal with the heat anymore but at the same time, I couldn’t move up north because I didn’t think I would handle the cold very well either. Yesterday the temperature was in the 90s! I hadn’t seen it that high in at least 2 years. So what was I going to do about the hot temperatures in my home? Well I decided that even though I have a central air conditioning system that I was also going to go with a window ac. I could put the window AC in my bedroom at night and it would help keep me cool. If the window AC doesn’t work, I’m just going to have to find a new place to live that has a much cooler environment. Getting in the window AC was easy. All I had to do was go down to my local heating and AC business and they had one that I could pick up right that same day. It was simple to install on my window and to my great relief I was getting a lot of cool air from it. It worked for me so I wouldn’t have to move.

One of the great things about having a reliable heating and air conditioning system is knowing that you are never going to have to worry about it breaking down on you.

Sure, every heat and a/c system has a life span.

Nothing lasts forever and in time it will break down and need to be replaced. But I know all too many people that replace their heating or air conditioning system much quicker than the life it should have had. A well cared for heating and a/c system should last around twenty years, but yet so many of my friends are having total heating and AC replacements after only a decade. They don’t keep up with their HVAC service and maintenance. I however, do keep up with my heating and a/c care and as a result I have a wonderful a/c. My good a/c came in handy in last week when we had a heat wave come through and the temperatures were soaring close to 100 degrees! But thanks to my central air conditioning system I couldn’t even tell. For me, it was a cool 72 degrees in the house. Just the way I liked it. I had some friends of mine come over to also enjoy the cool air conditioning after their own cooling systems broke down. I gave them the advice to take better care of their heating and air conditioning systems. I think that will help keep them cool during these hot summer months.

When I came home on a Tuesday and stepped into my house I was immediately hot with a blast of hot air.

Now I live in the south and the hot weather here is normal and to be expected.

But not inside my home! The moment I stepped foot into my home I knew that something was wrong right away. It must be something with my air conditioner. I went over to the thermostat that was mounted on the wall and tried to turn on the air conditioning. Nothing. There was nothing that happened. I now knew for sure what I had already expected. The air conditioner was broken. The good news for me was that I knew there was a heating and air conditioning company nearby. I decided to give them a call and schedule an appointment. I got lucky because the heating and air conditioning technician was able to come out that same day. When he came out to inspect my air conditioner it was just at the right time. I was starting to sweat from the high heat in the house. The HVAC professional was able to quickly identify the cause of the problem. A part that needed to be replaced. Thankfully, since the heating and cooling system was new it was still covered by the warranty and so I didn’t have to pay for the cost. Now I could have good a/c again in no time. The heating and cooling worker finished my repair in only a half an hour and there was no better feeling than the feeling of crisp cold air coming out of the air vents.

I was so excited to move into an apartment in a historic neighborhood that had a beautiful fireplace in the photos.

I have always wanted an apartment with a fireplace, or just a house in general that has one. All of my favorite movies that I grew up watching always had an intimate fireplace for deep conversations and moments of revelation. For me, having a fireplace was a right of passage to my destiny. You can imagine my disappointment when we came to the apartment during move-in day and I found out that the fireplace was inactive and could not be used. Why would anyone let such a beautiful fireplace sit to collect dust? Apparently all of the fireplaces in the building are inactive because the landlord does not want to increase their liability insurance if something were to happen. I guess I can understand that from a business perspective, but my fireplace dreams were completely shattered. I tried to research some other creative ways to use an inactive fireplace, but nothing was really sparking my spirit the way that a real fire would. I am going to try to make the best of the apartment even though the selling point for me is no longer within reach. I am going shopping with my partner soon to look at furniture and home decor. I think if I can set up the living room to center around the fireplace, I can still sort of make my vision a reality. My landlord said he doesn’t allow candles, but I’m definitely still going to use them. I’m a pretty careful candle user.
