When I was a kid, I saw what happened when my mom had a junk room. It spawned other junk rooms & she kept all of this junk. It drove my dad nuts. They came out & augmented our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component so the people I was with and I were able to have zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, & A/C in our home. Now the guest room was beautifully air conditioned care about anywhere else in the house. My wife was ecstatic with the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, & A/C & provided up on the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C fight for using that space as storage. And that stopped the starts of junk room fever.
